• Clerk (clerk.com) — Handles authentication, user accounts, and session management. Your email and login credentials are managed by Clerk.
• CoinGecko (coingecko.com) — Provides cryptocurrency market data. Queries are made server-side; no personal data is sent.
• Etherscan (etherscan.io) — Provides Ethereum blockchain data. Public wallet addresses you enter are queried against their API.
• Anthropic (anthropic.com) — Powers AI analysis features. Market data and coin information are sent to generate insights. No personal user data is included in AI prompts.
• NewsAPI (newsapi.org) — Provides cryptocurrency news aggregation. Queries are server-side only.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — Hosts the platform. Collects standard server logs including IP addresses.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session and preferences.

Essential cookies — Required for the Service to function. These include session cookies managed by Clerk for authentication.

Preference cookies — Store your theme and display preferences (e.g. Aurora/Pulse/HUD theme, dark/light mode). Stored in localStorage on your device.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent certain features from working correctly.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your data in limited circumstances:

Portfolio data and wallet addresses you enter are stored only to provide the Service to you and are deleted when you remove them or close your account.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Clerk, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@cryptosignal.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

CryptoSignal is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
