CryptoSignal is an AI-powered cryptocurrency market intelligence platform that provides:

• Real-time cryptocurrency price data sourced from CoinGecko
• On-chain whale transaction monitoring via Etherscan
• AI-generated market analysis and insights powered by Anthropic Claude
• Narrative heat maps and market sentiment indicators
• Portfolio tracking and risk evaluation tools
• Early signal scanning and token discovery features

All data is provided "as-is" and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided.

CryptoSignal does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information, analysis, signals, and content on the platform are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decisions.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

CryptoSignal offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free — Basic access at no cost, forever
• Pro — $19/month. Includes unlimited whale history, AI token discovery, portfolio tracking, real-time alerts, and priority data refresh
• Elite — $39/month. Includes everything in Pro plus API access, custom narrative groups, multi-portfolio tracking, early feature access, and priority support

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid tier until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSignal and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes but is not limited to: financial losses from trading decisions, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated analysis.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI-generated outputs — are owned by CryptoSignal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• CoinGecko — Cryptocurrency market data
• Etherscan — Ethereum blockchain data
• Anthropic Claude — AI analysis and insights
• NewsAPI — Cryptocurrency news aggregation

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
